Established in 1769 and originally named Wat Pa Tong, the temple later became Wat Suwannakhiriwong.

                                  Mixxmall Rawayana is a brand new and bright red mall located roughly in the middle of Rawai Beachfront Road. So far we have seen a large Starbucks, a huge Tops Supermarket, a Rip Curl shop and the most attractive is The Roof, which mostly has an attractive sitting area by the beachfront, across the street.

                                    Wat Nai Harn was once a small and unknown temple surrounded by walls between the beach and the lake. After adding a brand new building, it expanded to become a landmark. Once natural, the lake behind the beach is now a large concrete pond where you can rent some paddle boats, which are fun for the kids.

                                          Andaman Grill was our choice for the first night and was without a doubt the best decision. JW Marriott Phuket Resort feature a lot of restaurants (too many to try them all on a single weekend), but enjoying fresh seafood and Thai food in an open-air restaurant near the sea is hard to beat!
