Dream Beach Club Phuket sits in a fantastic location on Layan Beach, just next to Bangtao. It’s a relaxing spot to spend the day between the sea and the swimming pool, and a fun party place on weekends. The white and yellow stylish beach club comes with a great restaurant and a beautiful trendy design.
There is no doubt that this place is designed for relaxing during the day, and party at night, with specials on weekends. It’s a great chill-out place to hang all day on one of the many large flat beach beds or loungers, facing the tropical seascape of Layan Beach and its island. The beach is vast and beautiful, and to this day, not busy at all. There are a lot of small local restaurants and massages all along.
The race for the best beach club is back in Phuket, and we counted more than eight around the island. We are talking real beach clubs, not just beach chairs on the sand but dedicated party places with great DJs and excellent sound systems, when the party is on. Note that during the day, the music is kept soft not to spoil the relaxing atmosphere.
Layan Beach
Layan beach is a superb quiet beach adjacent to the better known Bangtao Beach. With many small wooden restaurants hidden in the shade of trees, Layan has long been a hideaway for expatriates. The arrival of a beach club was received with mixed feelings, but Dream Beach Beach Phuket addresses mostly to customers staying at one of the Laguna Phuket resorts, mainly in the nearby Banyan Tree Resort.
What to Order
Dream Beach Club offers an extensive menu for lunch, dinner and their popular Sunday brunch. You can enjoy a long list of Pizza starting at 350 baht, to pasta 420 baht and Risotto 390 baht. They also serve a selection of sushis stating at 210 baht all the way to the luxury sushi platter with no less than 72 pieces at 5,000 baht (good for parties). An excellent selection of burgers and meats are also available. Of course, you can even eat a Pad Thai Goong (290 baht), fried rice (250 baht) or a Tom Yum Goong (310 baht).
On the drink side, to give you a range, a local beer starts at 130 baht and a cocktail at 300 baht.
