Phuket has plenty of ways to stay active. Muay Thai camps range from beginner classes to serious training, and fitness gyms are scattered across the island. Yoga studios are common in Rawai and Kata. For outdoor activities, there’s golf (several courses), ATV rides through rubber plantations, ziplines in the jungle, go-karting near Patong, and mini golf for families. Water sports are everywhere: jet skis, parasailing, wakeboarding, diving, and snorkelling. Most places accept drop-ins and cater to all levels, so you don’t need to plan ahead. Good option if sitting on a beach all day isn’t your thing.
