Phuket Water Parks

Where are the water parks in Phuket?

Phuket has a few water parks to spend a day of fun, whether you want to laze around on a giant floating doughnut or slide down a 45-degree wet slope and get propelled 10 in the air. It’s a great day for the kids and a safe place to play in the water when the sea is too rough, which happens during the low season.

Waterparks come in all sizes and styles, from the giant park to the modest kid’s playground and the hotel swimming pools with slides, and their number keeps growing.

1. Andamanda Phuket

Andamanda Phuket Water Park

Located near Phuket Town, Andamanda Phuket is an immense new water park spanning an incredible 100,000 sq.m. and boasting 25 attractions. These include an array of impressive water slides, a 10,000 sq.m. artificial wave swimming area, and the longest lazy river in Southeast Asia, which measures 550 meters. The park is divided into five main theme zones, each adorned with Thai mythology themes: the reception and shop area called The Pearl Palace, Coral World which caters mostly to young visitors, Emerald Forest, The Great Andaman Bay featuring a large swimming pool with a replica of the famous James Bond Island, and Naga Jungle, which features the most thrilling drops.

Splash Jungle Water Park in Phuket

Splash Jungle is the first park in Phuket to be a fully dedicated water park opened to outside guests. It’s huge, well-designed, and features a lot of slides and water activities. Activities include a wave pool, or you can just lazily float on a big buoy on an artificial river surrounding the whole property. It’s great if your hotel is in the north of the island, but it’s quite far from Patong, Kata or Karon. It’s a bit expensive on the expensive side. Read more
