Phuket Adventure Mini Golf is an 18-hole adventure golf course set among palm trees, bushes, water features, bamboo and grey granite rocks in Bang Tao Beach. The course was designed and built with Scandinavian Adventure Golf, and shares the grounds with an open-air restaurant, a 10-metre bar and a petanque area. The whole venue works as a day-and-night spot for families, couples, groups of friends and small corporate outings.

The 18-Hole Course

The 18-hole adventure course is a mix between mini golf and traditional golf, played on artificial grass with a putter and a ball. Each hole is built around the natural landscaping, so you putt around granite boulders, over wooden bridges and along water channels rather than on a flat carpet. Holes range from short and gentle to longer trick shots, which makes it playable for first-timers and still interesting for regular golfers.

Putters and balls are included in the green fee, and three club sizes are available so children, teenagers and adults can all play with the right length. Teams are capped at four players, and the minimum age is four years old. A round usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on group size.

The course is fully floodlit, so you can play in the late afternoon, at sunset or after dinner. Evening rounds are cooler and the lighting gives the granite rocks and palm trees a different mood compared to daytime sessions.

Off Course Restaurant and Bar

The on-site restaurant is called Off Course and sits right next to the course, so you can watch other players from your table. The menu covers pizza, burgers and a long list of authentic Thai dishes, which makes it easy to order for mixed groups with kids or fussy eaters.

The bar runs a full cocktail list, including classic and signature drinks, plus beers, wine and soft drinks. You can use the restaurant and bar without playing golf, which is useful if part of your group wants to play and the rest just wants to eat and watch.

Petanque and Group Events

A petanque (boule) area was added to the venue and is open to walk-in players. It is a good filler activity between golf rounds, or a relaxed option if someone in the group does not feel like playing 18 holes.

Phuket Adventure Mini Golf also hosts private events. The team handles birthday parties, children’s parties, company functions, team-building days, wedding receptions, cocktail parties and charity fundraisers. Tailor-made packages combining golf, petanque, food and drinks can be arranged through the events team.

How to Get There

The venue is on Bangtao Beach Road, Soi 2, in Cherngtalay, about 600 metres inland from the southern end of Bang Tao Beach. It sits within easy reach of the Laguna Phuket resort complex, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket, so it works well as an evening stop after a day at the beach or a shopping trip. Parking is available on site, and transport from your hotel can be arranged on request.
