Burrito and Burger Eatery In Phuket
The Taco Truck is a casual burrito and burger eatery found along the main road of Pa Klok, about 4 km east of the Heroine’s Monument. A good place to satisfy your Tex-Mex cravings, the Taco Truck menu offers a variety of dishes including tacos, burritos and burrito bowls (with a choice of vegetarian, chicken, pork, prawn, and beef), chicken fajitas, quesadillas, nachos, smash burgers, and truly tasty Jalapeño poppers (our favourite!). Main dishes are mostly in the 250 to 300 baht price range, which we found reasonable for the generous size and quality of the serving.
In the chicken burrito bowl we tried, the meat was well seasoned and the vegetables were fresh and delicious. The Taco Truck has a good set-up to offer a takeaway meal option, but it’s a pleasant place to dine in as well. There’s a handful of tables and bench seating in the shade just next to the truck. Being set along the busy road there’s traffic noise for sure, but it’s set back far enough to not be too bothersome. Worth a stop if you’re visiting the Pa Klok and Cape Yamu areas and looking for an alternative to Thai cuisine.
