What to Expect
The breakfast buffet is the highlight. It is one of the more impressive hotel breakfasts on the island, with a wide spread of Thai and Western dishes, fresh pastries, an egg station, tropical fruit and quality ingredients throughout. The restaurant is spacious enough that even during peak season it does not feel rushed.
For lunch and dinner, the menu covers both Thai classics and international comfort food, with a fusion approach that reflects the resort’s mix of local and international guests. Friday evenings feature a barbecue programme using a wood-fired smoker with imported meats. The resort also has Vero, an Italian restaurant, located in the same building for guests looking for a different dining option.
Good to Know
The Pullman Arcadia sits on a hillside above Naithon Beach on the quieter northern coast of Phuket, about 10 minutes from Phuket Airport. The setting is peaceful and far from the busier tourist beaches. Naithon village has a handful of restaurants along the beach road, but Elements is the main dining option within the resort. Reservations are recommended for dinner during high season.
