A Popular Italian Restaurant in Phuket Town
MARNI is located on Montri Road in Phuket Town, not far from the Clock Circle and the Courtyard By Marriott Phuket Town, a bit tucked away from the main tourist areas. The restaurant earned recognition in the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific rankings, placing 36th in 2025. MARNI specialises in modern Neapolitan-style pizza with a distinctive airy, pillowy crust that remains soft and pliable in the centre. The dough gets baked in a wood-fired oven, producing a characteristic puffy edge with the proper texture. The restaurant is owned by Chef Korn Kantapat Sinpradit and his sister, who also operate Five Olives in Cherngtalay.
The restaurant has a warm, casual atmosphere with both indoor seating (five tables) and outdoor terrace tables, just next to the underground parking, so don’t expect ‘views’. The space has limited capacity, so advance bookings are recommended. Parking is available in front of the restaurant, though space is tight with room for only 2-3 cars.
Menu and Prices
While the place is popular for its pizzas, we ordered Burrata and Mix Salad – 480 Baht, Arrabiata Stracciatella – 320 Baht, and Australian Picanha Steak- 890 Baht.
Pizza prices range from 320 to 480 Baht, with the Truffle Burrata Prosciutto priced at 450-480 Baht. MARNI’s Five Cheese costs 380 Baht. Beyond pizza, the menu includes pasta dishes such as Truffle Tagliatelle and Roma Carbonara, appetisers like Cancale oysters and burratina with tomato salad, and sides including the popular Truffle Fries at 150 Baht. Desserts include Italian gelato and tiramisu. Average spending per person runs 400-700 Baht.
