Estrela Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra is one of the lesser-known rooftop bars in Phuket, but it’s a good spot to enjoy panoramic views of Phuket Town. Located on the 18th floor of the Novotel Phokeethra, this cosy wine and whisky bar has an intimate atmosphere with dark woods and candlelight. Small terraces on each side offer a unique perspective of the town.

While the view may not be as breathtaking as a sea view, it still offers an interesting bird’ s-eye view of the low-rise part of town, including glimpses of local markets like Expo Phuket Bazaar and Grocery Phuket. It’s especially lovely when the city lights up at sunset and the blue hour.

The best vantage point is from the back of the building, where you’ll catch a surprisingly close view of the sea, Koh Sirey, and its temple. Estrela Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is a perfect place to unwind with a cocktail and appreciate the cityscape and the more intimate side of Phuket Town.
