My Front Yard is a new community mall that opened in Phuket in 2025, not far from the famous Wat Chalong, bringing a fresh retail and dining concept to the island’s Chalong district. The open-air design features outdoor spaces with plenty of greenery, creating a neighbourhood atmosphere rather than a traditional shopping centre layout.

Bartel’s

Bartel’s Chalong serves artisan sourdough sandwiches, speciality coffee, and cold-pressed juices. The Danish-Norwegian bakery bakes fresh sourdough throughout the day, guaranteeing each loaf is never more than three hours out of the oven.

The menu includes sandwiches like the New Parma & Burrata (320 Baht) and Grilled Cheese (220 Baht), alongside breakfast options, smoothie bowls, and fresh juices. Bartel’s operates from 7 am to 6 pm daily and offers vegan options clearly marked on the menu.

​U-Mai Teahouse

U-Mai Teahouse focuses on premium Japanese matcha and green tea. The teahouse stocks ceremonial-grade matcha varieties including Ajisai, Nikita, and Yuri, alongside traditional leaf teas like gyokuro, sencha, genmaicha, and hojicha. Customers can choose their preferred brewing method for each tea.

The café serves matcha lattes from around 150-180 Baht and also offers desserts, including cake rolls and banoffee pie. The setting includes an indoor space decorated in contemporary Japanese style, plus an outdoor Japanese garden area with plants and a small waterfall. Operating hours are 9 am to 6 pm.

Cannelle Bakery & Co brings its third Phuket location here, serving homemade pastries, sourdough bread, all-day breakfast, and speciality coffee from 7 am to 6 pm.

Peppina

Peppina specialises in Neapolitan-style pizza and Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients.

Little Edo

Little Edo offers Japanese shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, whilst Highway Curry serves authentic Indian and vegan dishes.

Sense Spa has established its second Phuket location at the mall, offering treatments including head spa services, massages, onsen rituals, and ice baths. Prices range from 690 Baht for basic rituals to multi-treatment packages.​
