About Merlin Beach
This Merlin Beach Video takes you to one of Phuket’s quieter and more secluded beaches. Located just south of Patong, Merlin Beach is tucked away from the crowds, offering a more relaxed atmosphere with soft sand and clear water.
The beach is not great for swimming because of the rocky bottom, but it is popular for snorkelling, with plenty of marine life to see. Unlike Phuket’s more developed beaches, Merlin Beach remains peaceful, with only a few beachfront restaurants and bars.
It is mostly known for being next to the Phuket Marriott Resort Merlin Beach, but visitors can still access the beach. There are no jet skis or loud activities, making it a good spot for those looking to unwind in a quiet setting.
