Phuket’s Biggest Music Festival
EDC Thailand returns to Phuket for its second year, running from 16 to 18 January 2026. The festival has moved to Rhythm Park, a new purpose-built venue near Laguna Phuket with more space than last year’s location. Over three nights, expect massive stages, art installations, carnival rides, and some of the biggest names in electronic music. Tiësto, Deadmau5, Zedd, and Armin van Buuren headline, with dozens more across house, techno, trance, drum and bass, and hardstyle. If you’re in Phuket in mid-January, this is the event of the year.

The Lineup
The 2026 lineup is stacked. Headliners include Tiësto, Zedd, Deadmau5, Armin van Buuren, Afrojack, Alok, and a rare Axwell b2b Sebastian Ingrosso set. Fisher, Chase & Status, Seven Lions, GRiZ, and Loud Luxury add to the main stage energy.
For underground fans, Nina Kraviz, Loco Dice, DJ Tennis, and Lilly Palmer bring deeper sounds. Drum and bass is covered by Sub Focus, Wilkinson, and Hedex. Hardstyle gets Angerfist, Brennan Heart, and Sub Zero Project. Trance lovers can catch Gareth Emery, Paul Oakenfold, and Key4050.
The festival features dedicated stage takeovers from Basscon, Bassrush, Dreamstate, and Factory 93, each curating their own lineups and atmospheres.
The Venue
Rhythm Park is a new festival ground near Boat Avenue in Laguna Phuket. It’s specifically designed for large-scale events, with better layouts and more dancing space than last year’s venue. The location puts you close to Bang Tao Beach, with plenty of hotels, restaurants, and beach clubs nearby.
Hotel EDC Thailand
For the first time outside Las Vegas, EDC is offering Hotel EDC packages at Angsana Laguna Phuket. The 4-night package (15-19 January) includes accommodation, festival passes, daily breakfast, dining credits, and access to exclusive pool and beach parties. It’s not cheap, but it’s the full EDC experience without leaving the resort.
Other official hotel partners include NH Boat Lagoon, Proud Phuket, and Wyndham Royal Lee.

Tips for Attending
Arrive early to avoid long queues at the entrance. Wear comfortable shoes; you’ll be on your feet for hours. Bring a power bank for your phone. Stay hydrated. January nights are warm, and you’ll be dancing. If you’re not staying near Laguna, arrange transport in advance as roads get busy.
