Faa was born and raised in Bangkok. She now divides her time between Bangkok and Phuket. Her love for food inspired her to explore and study the diverse flavours of Thai and southern cuisine. She studied cooking and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok, where she graduated. She continues to travel the world to deepen her culinary knowledge.
Southern Thai food is a fiery fusion of flavours. We use a lot of turmeric, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and of course, an abundance of chillies that will make your taste buds dance – or cry, depending on your spice tolerance!
Lots of restaurants are pitching for their “Royal Thai Cuisine” these days with the design, staff outfit, food presentation and menu. Many of them are just another tourist trap.
