Spectrum Lounge & Bar
Spectrum Lounge is a rooftop bar built on 3 levels at the top of the Hyatt Regency Bangkok on Sukhumvit. The rooftop is vast and beautifully designed, but it doesnโt have a panoramic view of Bangkok. On each side of the rooftop are immense glass walls that somehow block the view, so the only remaining open space is the narrow front of the building. The best is to walk down the stairs and sit on the small terrace below. Itโs small, but at least you can see the long stretch of the Sukhumvit BTS line.

Above Eleven
Above Eleven on Sukhumvit 11 is more than just a rooftop: itโs a great place for a party with great music, cocktails, friendly staff, and excellent food. This rooftop has become so popular that it is impossible to get a table without a reservation, even a table for two, so plan. Located on the 33rd and 34th floor of the Fraser suite, Above Eleven is high but doesnโt offer great views of the riverside as on Sky Bar or the long avenues of Bangkok, as you can see at the nearby Octave. You are still above most buildings, and the great atmosphere easily makes up for the missing panorama.

Sky on 20 Rooftop Bar
Sky on 20 Rooftop Bar is on the 26th floor of the Novotel on Sukhumvit 20 in Bangkok, so you can guess that the name wasnโt chosen from the floor but from the street number. The way to access this beautiful place differs greatly from most rooftops we see. You first take the lift to the 26th floor, and once there, there is no grand door or welcome committee: just a slightly golden fire exit door with a tiny sign, so modest people hesitate to push just in case an alarm would ring. So we pushed that door and climbed some anonymous staircaseโฆ no alarm rang.

Nana Plaza
Nana Plaza is one of Sukhumvitโs most famous nightlife spots in Bangkok. Known for its three-story complex, itโs packed with go-go bars and adult entertainment venues. The area is busiest after dark, with neon lights and music marking its entrance. Most people come here for the unique nightlife experience, not for dining or shopping. The plaza is very close to Nana BTS station, making it easy to reach. Drinks usually start at 150-200 baht, but prices inside the bars can vary. Nana Plaza isnโt family-friendly and is mainly for adults looking for the legendary nightlife in Bangkok.
