Laoaire Restaurant on Yaowarat Road is one of those places that feels like a little surprise tucked into the chaos of Chinatown in Bangkok.

Koko Siam is perfect if you’re looking for a authentic Thai restaurant in the Siam area. This restaurant is the definition of authenticity due to its longevitiy, with the restaurant being there since 1996. The restaurants combines authentictity with a modern touch.

Tanbo Chicken Rice is a small and humble restaurant right on Yaowarat Road in Bangkok Chinatown, next to the famous Hua Seng Hong. It’s easy to miss, but locals and visitors line up for their chicken rice, especially in the evenings.
Pratunam Market is a massive shopping area located on Phetchaburi Road, Bangkok, right opposite Platinum Fashion Mall.
Lim Lao Ngow is one of our favourite street food stops in Bangkok’s Chinatown, and even though it’s not right on the main Yaowarat Road, it’s just a short 150-metre walk into a small side street.
Banthat Thong Road is the place to be if you are looking for a trendy and lively neighbourhood filled with delicious street food and restaurants. It is located between Hua Lamphong Station and Siam.
Don’t expect a traditional market in Talat Noi. The name means ‘small market’, but it refers to the neighbourhood’s history rather than an actual market. Still, a small street market exists where locals buy vegetables, fruits and snacks each morning.

Cucina at JW Marriott Phuket was another great experience the next day, great menu and really good taste. The wine list is also excellent with reasonably priced wine by the glass, served at the right temperature.

Siam Center, despite being near one of Bangkok’s most popular shopping malls, Siam Paragon. It can compete with Siam Paragon. Siam Center is widely known for its artistic shopping. It is a place where lifestyle and art meet.
Guan Yu Shrine is an ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Guan, the god of loyalty and morality according to Chinese beliefs. The shrine is located on the western bank of the Chao Phraya River, in Thonburi. It is another go-to place in Thonburi and is easily accessible as it is only 1.5 km away from Iconsiam.
Wat Kanlayanamit is a magnificent temple in the Thonburi side of Chao Phraya River. It was constructed in 1825 during the reign of King Rama III on the bank of the Chao Phraya River.

Wang Lang Market is the perfect choice if you like to try authentic Thai street food and see the real Thai market. It is located on the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok which is opposite The National Museum and the Grand Palace of Bangkok.
