A Contemporary Art Gallery in Charoen Krung
Warin Lab Contemporary was established by Sukontip Nakasem in 2021. The gallery is located in the historical area of Charoen Krung, Bangkok. Since its inception, The exhibition displayed at the gallery aims to address social issues.
The gallery aims to engage the audience on a deep level so the gallery focuses on 1 certain social issue per year. Throughout the year, the art space hosts shows by various artists who address environmental and sustainability concerns from their viewpoints.
The gallery collaborates with artists and curators from across the globe to start important conversations through works that inspire thinking and promote action. Aside from the exhibitions, the gallery’s educational programming will foster greater knowledge and constructive change through their workshops, panel discussions, and artist talks.
