A Hidden and Affordable Rooftop Bar in Siam
Paradise Lost is one of Bangkok’s least known rooftop bars, almost a secret place, a laid-back, colourful rooftop bar with good views and a refreshing atmosphere. Located on the 25th floor of the Siam@Siam Design Hotel, it offers panoramic views overlooking the National Stadium, making it a perfect spot to relax. Conveniently located, it’s just a short walk from MBK and Siam Discovery malls, with the Jim Thompson House museum right around the corner. Despite its prime location, this rooftop remains surprisingly low-key, and that’s exactly what makes it special.
Fun Design with Panoramic Views

Stepping into Paradise Lost feels like entering a tropical sanctuary. The bar’s design features greenery, pastel pink and yellow hues that create an inviting atmosphere. The multi-level layout offers various seating options, from cosy pink sofas facing the National Stadium to elevated yellow-toned areas that provide panoramic 360-degree views of Bangkok’s skyline.

From this vantage point, guests can spot iconic landmarks such as the Golden Mount (Wat Saket), the majestic Wat Arun in the distance, and the bright Iconsiam mall by the Chao Phraya River. The rooftop’s design and views make it a favourite spot for both hotel guests and visitors looking for a unique setting.
Lost Paradise spans across two distinct floors, each with its own mood and colour palette:
The lower floor

The lower floor is set in warm pink tones, with plush sofas and direct views of the National Stadium and a local football field where Bangkokians run laps in the evening. This is the cosiest corner for a sundown drink.

Higher floor

Climb up to the higher level, and you’re greeted with bright yellow-themed décor and a more open layout. The view opens up dramatically here, and the bar feels like a breezy, colourful escape from the city below.

With three bars in total, you’re never waiting long for a refill.
Great Drinks and Low Prices

Even with the great views, the prices at Paradise Lost are impressively down-to-earth, especially during Happy Hour from 6 to 8 pm. We tried:
Tropical Mocktail (140 THB) – A fresh mix of lemongrass, kaffir lime, pineapple peels, and watermelon syrup. Light, zesty, and non-alcoholic – perfect for daytime sipping.
Mezcal Negroni (190 THB) – A smoky take on the classic, with Mezcal Divino adding a bold twist. Great for those who love something slightly bitter but balanced.
Other signature cocktails start around 180 THB, and even premium drinks rarely go above 250 THB – a steal for a rooftop in the heart of Siam:
