A popular Italian Restaurant at One Bangkok
Bianca is one of the busiest restaurants we tried in One Bangkok, always lively right from the early evening. The dining room is large with high ceilings, a big glass window in the back, and plants hanging above the tables. It creates a comfortable and very lively atmosphere, giving you a bit of privacy even when the many tables fill up fast.
What we ordered
We came for dinner and were curious to try their classic Italian dishes. The menu had so many options!
A memorable dish was Lamb Shank e Fregola: Braised Lamb Shank in Jus, Fregola Sarda in Parmesan Wheel, Pecorino, Basil Pesto (1,290 baht)
One of our favourite vegetarian options was the Classic Tomato & Burrata: tagliatelle, Special Tomato Sauce, Creamy Stracciatella, Tomato Confit, Basil Pesto, Fresh Basil (460 Baht)
We also ordered the grilled steak, which arrived medium-rare as requested. It was sliced and served on a bed of rocket leaves, topped with a sprinkle of parmesan, and some roasted cherry tomatoes. Wagyu Hanger Tagliata: Grilled Hanger Steak 180gr, Rocket Salad, Tomato Confit, Parmesan, Balsamic Cream (990 Baht)
Tuna Steak Caponata: Marinated Tuna Steak, Sicilian Caponata, Olive Oil, Salsa Verde, Crispy Focaccia (620 Baht)
Each dish was carefully arranged on plates decorated with the restaurant’s name and floral patterns, which gave everything a cheerful touch.
Ambience and Service
Bianca manages to feel friendly, even when it’s full. The staff were attentive without rushing us, which we appreciated. Our orders arrived quickly, and the server checked in a few times to see if we needed anything.
Good to Know
- Even on weekdays, Bianca fills up quickly after 6 pm, so making a booking is a good idea.
- The restaurant is great for small groups or families and can handle larger tables with advance notice.
- If you can, grab a table near the windows for more natural light as it gets dark.
Bianca Restaurant is a comfortable spot in One Bangkok to enjoy classic Italian food, especially if you like a lively setting. We plan to return soon to explore more of their menu.
