Premium USDA Prime Dining at One Bangkok
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener has opened its first Thailand location at One Bangkok, marking the renowned chain’s 40th global branch. The restaurant occupies a prime corner on the third floor, offering panoramic views of Bangkok’s skyline beyond Lumpini Park.
Founded by Wolfgang Zwiener, a legendary waiter from Brooklyn’s Peter Luger Steak House, the brand opened its first Manhattan location in 2004. The Bangkok restaurant exclusively serves USDA Prime beef, the top 2-3% of American cattle, air-transported and dry-aged for 28 days. This meticulous process concentrates flavours and enhances tenderness.
Signature Dishes
The Porterhouse Steak starts at 5,500 Baht for two people. Other popular cuts include Petit Filet Mignon (2,800 Baht) and New York Sirloin (3,700 Baht). The menu also features Wolfgang’s Crab Cake, Maine lobster, and classic New York desserts.
A Premium Experience
The interior evokes classic New York steakhouses with warm wood, elegant chandeliers, and historical photographs. The wine selection includes over 2,000 bottles. Service is consistently praised as attentive and professional.
Pricing is notably high—roughly double New York prices due to import costs and dry-ageing facilities. The restaurant earned recognition on the Tatler Best Thailand 2025 list, validating its position among the country’s finest dining establishments.
