A Rooftop Restaurant in Kata Noi Beach

Sea in the Sky is a rooftop bar and restaurant located on top of Sea Galleri Hotel by Katathani in Kata Noi Beach, west coast of Phuket island. The rooftop is vast with a unique location that overlooks both the bay of Kata Noi on the left and Kata Beach on the right. The unmissable attraction of the rooftop is an immense wooden ship built on top offering comfortable sofa seating as well as a fun playground for selfies and Instagram photos.

Sea in the Sky serves contemporary Thai cuisine with fun touches, making your romantic dinner a really fun experience. Try the Codfish croquettes with Tom Yam sauce and house-made Queso Blanco (Spanish white cheese). Korean chicken wings (290 baht), Shrimp tortillas (290 baht), Tacos Trios (350 baht) or truffle fries (190 baht). For starters, seared scallops (590 baht), and marinated salmon salad (450 baht). We enjoyed the excellent and refreshing Chef Crab Salad (390 baht)

For mains, you can go for an Angus 120 days grain fed rib-eye steak (780 baht), Argentinean free-range beef tenderloin (790 baht), Kurobuta pork ribs chop (550 baht) and superb tiger prawns (520 baht)

The long list of cocktails comes with fun names: Star Trek (Gin infused rose, banana liqueur, apple juice, elderflower syrup, lime juice, 250 baht), Captain Harlock (Bourbon, Benedictine, coffee liqueur, orange bitter, 250 baht), Seascape (White rum, blue curacao, coconut milk, lychee juice, banana liqueur, 250 baht) just to name a few from the list. Of course, you have the classic cocktails: Tequila Sunrise, Pina Colada, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Margaritas and more at 150. baht. House wine by the glass is 290 baht. Don’t miss the happy hour on the classic cocktails from 5.30 pm to 7 pm!

The team is friendly and helpful, making sure your dinner goes smoothly. As the day ends and the blue hour follows sunset, the lights of Kata Bay start to shine and the atmosphere becomes even more romantic. You can see the green lights of the fishing boats on the horizon. The Sea in the Sky is the perfect place to end a day in Phuket!
